Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
